Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

Refunds

  • Booking deposits are non-refundable for all classes and events, unless the Studio cancels the event. 
  • All Sales instore and online for physical or downloadable items are final. 

Cancellations/ Reschedualing

 
  • There are no refunds. However, if you contact us via email or phone 24 hours prior to the class start time, you may transfer the reservation to another class or place your reservation on hold for another class for one year. If no notification of cancellation occurs or a call is placed fewer than 24 hours before the class, you will forfeit your tuition.
  • A %50 Booking deposit is required for all classes and is Non-Refundable.
 
The Studio will refund your tuition paid, less a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days before the start date of a class, camp or workshop. If you cancel seven days or less before the start date, you will forfeit your tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins.
  • Deposits required for private events are non-refundable if party is cancelled less than 14 days in advance of party date. If party is canceled before 14 days, a credit will be placed on file for one year and can only be applied to another private event.
  • The studio will contact the party coordinator 48 hours before a scheduled party, the final number of painters is required at this time and the customer will be charged for that number the day of the party.
 
Upon scheduling a private lesson, full payment is due. The studio will refund your tuition paid less a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel 7+ days before the time of your lesson. However if you contact us via email or phone 48 hours prior to the lesson time, you may schedule a new lesson or place the tuition on hold for a later date within a year of the cancelled lesson. If no notification of cancellation occurs or a call is placed fewer than 48 hours before the class, you will forfeit your tuition.
  • No fee will be charged if the studio is notified 7+ days before the start of the session.
  • If you wish to change sessions and there is no availability, you will be refunded your tuition paid, less a $20 cancellation fee, if you notify the studio 7+ days before the start date of the session.

Cancellations on Our Side

Create Healing’s Art Studio reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop or class at any time. Full refunds will be issued if the studio cancels a workshop or class.

Gift Certificates

GIFT CERTIFICATE INFORMATION

  • Gift certificates expire one year after the issue date. Certificates can be redeemed online with the provided code or call the studio. Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Donation gift certificates expires six months after the issue date. Donations certificates are issued for specific events/programs at the Studio and therefore cannot be applied to any other program. Certificates can be redeemed online with the provided code or call the studio. Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
